This policy covers every credit pack sold on chipmunksdanceai.com by the Chipmunks Dance AI team. We sell one-time credit packs only; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Failed videos

If a video fails, or our video provider rejects the photo, its credit is returned automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credits

Within 7 days of purchase, we refund a pack you haven't used in full, and the unused credits of a partly used pack at the price per credit you paid. Email hello@chipmunksdanceai.com from the email you paid with. Credits never expire.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
